Dialogue controls rework

Reworked the way in which you control what dialogue option you choose. Previously you could use X and V to select one option or the other, this meant the at any given moment I could only present you with 2 options which of course limits the type of conversations that you can have. Because of this it's been reworked, now you can use X to toggle between the different options and once you get the selector on the choice you want you can press V to select said option. This allows for a lot more branching than before and hopefully helps acheve a more believable experience.
